REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER PRESENTATION FOLDER DESIGN
Lakeline Square Town Homes is Austin's first 5-star green-built luxury town home community, and they asked us to design some collateral. We came up with "life is green" as their slogan to emphasize the value of green design. Their target market is young professionals, and they wanted to convey a feeling of affordable downtown Austin living. This presentation folder design consists of three panels to create space for large photos and floorplans of the units. With the help of this design, the company sold all available units by their deadline.
