A website is a necessary component of marketing a business, but print materials such as corporate stationery and brochures are equally important for any business wanting to appear professional. We encourage businesses to have a professional logo before beginning work on stationery or even a website, because a logo should set the tone for a corporate identity system.
The process of hiring us to design a logo, stationery, direct mail, print ads, brochures, etc., will vary by project, but can be summarized into a few basic steps.
Please email us information regarding your print project(s) and we will get back with you with a quote. You may also contact us at (512) 670-1367.
It is important for you, the Client, to communicate to us as much information as possible regarding the project. The better the communication between the Client and the designer, the easier it will be for us to arrive at an effective and appropriate solution. We have created a Pre-Project Print Questionaire so you know what information is helpful for our designer to have before beginning design work... which is step 3.
Depending on the complexity of the project, the design phase typically lasts between 3-7 business days. We will send the Client a finished draft (or several - depending on the agreement) of the project. This is usually done through email as a pdf or jpg attachment to save time and cost. One or more rounds of revisions will usually follow the first draft, and may take several more days to complete and receive final approval from the Client to send to the printer.
Final logo files are delivered to the Client upon completion. Other projects are usually printed when the design is approved. We'll select the best printer for your job from our pool of carefully selected professional printers. We'll handle quirks that inevitably arise, and will work directly with the printer to ensure your project is delivered ontime and without error.
