Jill S. Alexander has become a popular children's book author. Her first book, The Sweetheart of Prosper County, is written in a Southern Gothic style, and Jill wanted her website design to reflect elements of that style.
The glass of coke, Christmas lights, bible, and paisley background helps give the site a funky/redneck feel which is exactly what Jill wanted.
